It's often the unspoken problem when it comes to jobs and job creation. It's the skilled labor conundrum. Many companies in Wisconsin say they would like to hire - are hiring - but are having problem finding skilled workers. Some will say it publicly - but usually it's the unspoken problem, talked about quietly or in hushed tones so as not to offend.
