It's a snapshot of what is possible in the new global economy. A company in Superior, WI - yes, Superior! - is expanding because of a global alliance with industry giant Caterpillar. Caterpillar and Exodus Machines in Superior will work together, with Exodus reaching an agreement with Cat to produce and supply material handling machines. For a company that currently employs about 55 people, the new workload could lead to steady employment for as many as 300 people for years to come. And it's proof that it truly is a global economy, even in little Superior.
