Under Jim Doyle, Wisconsin came within one vote of passing a Green Jobs initiative. Many in the business community vehemently opposed the plan, arguing that it would cost the state tens of thousands of jobs in the long run. President Barack Obama has also pushed for more green jobs. Now, the New York Times is out with a piece saying the green jobs push isn't working.
